DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Non Credit orders must be paid for either before or at time of delivery.
• Deliveries are available on working days. (Working days are classified as between Monday and Friday).
• Deliveries normally occur between 8 am and 4pm.
• Currently we are unable to provide an exact delivery time. (We may in some cases be able to provide an AM or PM time frame if requested at time of order).
• Some deliveries may be carried out by third parties on our behalf.
• A delivery address must be provided at the time of order.
• It is recommended that the customer or a representative of the customer be available to inspect deliveries before they are tipped.
• Loads are nonreturnable once tipped.
